  So I walk in at 5:00 p.m. and stand at the counter for a little more than 5 minutes until a delivery driver who was also waiting with me started yelling for somebody to come up to the counter. I could see four people working back there and one of them came up to wash your hands and then turn around and went back to the back. I know she knew we were there. So finally a lady came up after the delivery driver was yelling and the employee gave the driver their food and then asked me if I need to pick up an order. I said I needed to place an order and was told I had to use the kiosk that she couldn't place an order at the counter. Why is this? I see no signs telling me I have to use the kiosk and there's four employees sitting back there chatting and talking. There was nobody in the drive-thru and no other reason that they couldn't come up and take an order. Do I have to call ahead and place an order to come through the drive-thru as well? Needless to say I won't be coming to this location again.

  Me and my beautiful girlfriend went to order some taco bell around 1 am on April 21st 2026 when 2 very passive aggressive workers decided it was okay to give us attitude when we barely even ordered a large order, 3 soft tacos, 1 Doritos locos taco, chips and cheese, and 2 drinks, very basic and simple, well they proceeded to be rude and off-putting entirely ruining our experience, they also gave us low quality food that was practically inedible barely even putting topping into my girlfriends taco, as someone with 5 years of customer service experience if this is how those 2 workers treat people everyday they should be ashamed and so should your establishment, that type of behavior is what ruins companies reputations and I hope I never have a experience like this again.
