- TPTina PynesNov 14, 20251.0If I could give it zero stars I would! My husband and I have been going to this subway since it opened,(went to the older one next door as well). So we go to get dinner there is a little girl behind the counter with 1 customer, she had a footlong prepped and started prepping her salad. It took her 10 mins(no exaggeration) to make this ladies order. While she was cashing the lady out another couple came in behind us and also a older guy came in and stood by the cash register. We were telling the couple it literally took 10 mins for this little girl to make a sub and salad for this lady. They ended up walking out. When the little girl finished the transaction the guy said I have a to go. ( As frustrated as we were we were like whatever) Then he proceeds to get extra items that she now has to put in little containers. I said to her we have been waiting here for well over 10 mins and that this completely unacceptable! We walked out and will not be back. I looked at my tracking app and we got there at 4:29 and walked out at 4:44.
