  Lauren the evening manager is the BEST. She is so personable. I had mentioned that I wanted to try so many things there and she offered us some samples of a few things. Will definitely be back just to see her.

  This Sonic location has the best staff hands down. I come here several times a week and every time I am greeted with a smile and genuinely kind people. The app is so easy to use and the self pay ahead is very convenient as I can use Apple Pay. The food prices are very fair and I love that I can take advantage of the 1/2 off Sodas/Slushes anytime. Recently I was in the hospital and placed an order for a late night pick up as I was to be discharged. That process went long and it wasn’t until 30min after closing that I was able to get there. The staff waited for me to come pick up my drink despite me being so late. I cannot thank yall (the staff) enough for the consistent professional, compassionate and general above and beyond behavior. To the store manager/owner - give your team a raise in pay. They’ve earned it!

  The service at this sonic is what makes it stand out so much. I never have an issue with my food, we always love the mozzarella sticks. But Lauren and Joe are always really kind and patient when my kids are yelling or we end up changing our order. Really appreciate the people that go above and beyond to be nice to people. Lauren and Joe at the crystal river sonic are absolutely awesome!
