- JSJolanda SmithMar 21, 20261.0I’ve gone to this Baskin-Robbins a few times in hopes they would improve. It’s clear the owner does not really put much effort into making sure their ice cream flavors are in stock because they never are. I placed a DoorDash order with the Dasher calling me because the flavors I ordered for the banana royal sundae were not in stock (shocker)! The very kind, DoorDash delivery person read off flavors to me that we were asking if that was an option only for them to continuously say they had none of them, laugh out loud. Finally, ended up selecting a simple chocolate and one other flavor, of all the flavors they were supposed to have in stock. Additionally, not the first time that they don’t have the appropriate containers to place your order. For example, I ordered a banana royal sundae. They did not have any containers yet again for sundaes, so it was placed in a tall plastic cup. It looked less than appetizing. This is no reflection on the employees there as they can only do what they can do. This would be an owner issue and management issue because there’s clear lack of communication on product. I understand they owned the establishment, but I would think there would be franchise requirements. I will reach out to the franchise next week. Filed a complaint with DoorDash as well. They may consider selling to someone who wants to put a little effort into satisfying the customers in the area but, why do that when they sell a lot of coffee in the morning as they’re a Dunkin’ Donuts also, and clearly why they do not care. When you buy into a franchise the consumer would believe-there’s expectations that you need to meet and requirements as it’s a reflection of all Baskin-Robbins. They’ve been a continuous disappointment. I will not go there again. Please review photo for my example.

The Manager at this location clearly cares and puts effort into her staff and making sure things come out in a timely fashion and come out correct. I also love being part of the rewards program.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
