- AKA KNov 5, 20255.0This is my neighborhood store.I normally do mobile but today I decided to do walk in. I was greeted very politely and warmly from Dan(believe he's new)1 customer was in front of me and I was waited on promptly after. My coffee was made so perfectly that It made my morning..not gonna lie seems like my expresso shot is a hit or miss sometimes.But I luv this store.. Great Job Dan and to the rest of the crew that tries so hard.

No one seems to know how to do their job there or talk to people. The customer service is horrible and I’m always rudely. Talk to you whenever something is made wrong or incorrectly. These employees need to get retrained because this location absolutely sucks. I tried to give it one last shot, but I will be sticking to the one on US 19 because this Duncan is ridiculous. They can never make anything right nor treat their customers right
- IGIsabella gerardoOct 7, 20251.0i ordered 2 medium drinks they didn’t have and they rang me up for something i didn’t ask for instead of letting me know they didn’t have it and i asked for a 10 count of munchkins half glazed half blueberry. i asked for a refund and all 3 women had attitude. horrible service and a lot of attitude this is completely unacceptable and disappointing.
