The workers also don't call anyone's name when an order is ready so my smoothie melted and my quesadilla got fingered by an old man. It's not the end of the world but leaving a review is the only way to make any kind of change apparently. Do something about these problems!!

But it was in Indiana so I contacted that franchise and canceled order,plus apologized. Stated since mobile order refund in 4 to 5 days. The young lady at this Tropical Smoothie made my order at no charge. This is great customer service.
