  Foods okay. It's very warm inside like the ac is broken. Has been for weeks. The workers also don't call anyone's name when an order is ready so my smoothie melted and my quesadilla got fingered by an old man. It's not the end of the world but leaving a review is the only way to make any kind of change apparently. Do something about these problems!!

  I accidentally ordered my food to another Tropical Smoothie out of state. I went to pick up my order and it wasn't here. But it was in Indiana so I contacted that franchise and canceled order,plus apologized. Stated since mobile order refund in 4 to 5 days. The young lady at this Tropical Smoothie made my order at no charge. This is great customer service.

  Ok, first visit. Ordered (online) three drinks (one was kid size) and two small Acai bowls. With tip it cost $53!!!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE PRICE for these items. The smoothies were sour, the bowls had old fruit. The restaurant smelled, and the person working was not friendly at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, IT IS A HUGE SCAM.

  Absolutely trash, I do NOT recommend, 50$ for 5 items and everything sucked, this place is an absolute disappointment and I hope they go out of business.

  Never in my 36 years of living have I waited 51 minutes at a drive-though for food when there were only two cars in front of me, or at all that I can recall. I have watched the Niceville location knock out twice the number of customers in half the amount of time, and having worked several drive-trough's in grade school I know you're supposed to prioritize the drive-through. Which obviously isn't the case at this venue. There is absolutely no excuse for such lack of motivation and/or training. If I were the manager I would close the store for an entire day for complete retraining. Might do them some good versus allowing their average 3 star rating continue to decline. I know I should have probably just driven off, but I didn't have time to go elsewhere as I was already running late getting back to work. I will not be back to this location anytime soon, and hopefully if I do decide to give it another shot they will have hired new management. Failure this epic is usually due to leadership shortcomings...though I am starting to notice unfortunately piss-poor customer service seems to be the standard in Crestview...
