The food is made correctly (except today, I ordered a toasted sub and it was not toasted but not a big deal), and most of the staff is pleasant. However, server 999997 (didn't catch her name, that's just the number on our receipt) has been rude every time we go here. She is an older woman, 50's or 60's and she has a horrible attitude towards customers and acts as if we are a nuisance to be there. I've worked in the food industry, retail, you name it. I get it can be frustrating, but you don't take it out on the customers who are spending money there. Without customers, you won't have a job. If this woman's attitude continues next time we go there, I hate to say it but you will lose us, one of your regulars. We have been nothing but kind, and kind people have their limits.

All 4 sandwich orders were wrong and half the chips were not in the bag. A lot of errors. The drink selection didn’t marry up to what was on hand. Stop trying to replace people with machines in Crestview. You have lost our business until this change happens. Jersey mikes here we come!
