Meaning, they don’t care about customer service, food presentation, food temperature and they don’t care if you use the app and order ahead, you’ll still sit and wait. I’ve parked at their pick up spots to get my order and it’s at least a 20 minute wait and I ALWAYS have to get out and go in to get my order anyway. Best thing about this McDonalds is their Coke. Today I waited after using the app for almost 15 minutes and when I finally got my food it was cold, she had it sitting by the window on a cold blustery day. I have stayed quiet the first 5 times but nothing is changing so hoping that if they get enough bad reviews they might do something. If you order no pickles on your burgers, they will not give you anything but ketchup, they’ve done this to me and my husband multiple times. I’ve even ordered extra onion, ketchup and mustard so we don’t get a dry burger and it still happens. They don’t care and it shows.
