How exactly do you put a sticker on a wrapper for double hamburgers with no onion and pickle - but decide to make fully loaded double cheeseburgers? Incompetent!

I was asked to pull forward to the #1 parking spot to wait for the nuggets to be made. At 1:31pm I finally called inside to find out if my food was coming, the snotty manager said that someone had already taken it out and another customer claimed my food.... radio silence, like she expected me to leave. "Can I have my food, that I paid for?" was my question. "Sure.... I'll get that out to you, that's what I just said...." No, you actually didn't. Your runner saunters around like there's no hurry at lunch and then screws up and gives food to a customer that they didn't pay for and now you're getting an attitude with me? To the owners, don't reply with a link to go to another site to do more than I'm already doing now... hold your incompetent manager and runner accountable.
