I ordered two cheeseburger no pickle extra onion. I don't even want extra onion but I find that the normal amount of onions they put on their burger is like 3 or 4 tiny little pieces. So I order extra onions to hopefully get an actual helping of onions of the burger. I get my food and I check it and sure enough, no onions on either burger. So I go inside and politely ask them to correct it. It takes them so long to remake two cheeseburgers that the rest of my food is ice cold by the time I get to it. Here's where I messed up. I didn't check the corrected order. I just assumed they were competent enough that they wouldn't mess it up two times in a row. Boy was I wrong. The first burger did indeed have extra onions, the second one though still didn't have any onions on it. How do you mess it up twice? How can you possible be that incompetent? And to be clear, this isn't the only bad experience I had here, every experience here is bad. They have about a 2% success rate on getting my order correct, and every employee is rude and unapproachable, and they all ignore you and it takes forever even when there's virtually no one else there.
Edit*** went back and ordered a regular cheeseburger, and seriously, it's like these people are literally incapable of putting onions on a burger. The picture is from a completely different visit then the visit I left the review on. I thought maybe if I just order a regular cheeseburger no editing, maybe they'd put onions on it. Nope. They lack this critical ability.

Good grief. How hard is it to follow directions and make the order on the screen? I ordered delivery and thought I was going to enjoy takeout for dinner but to my surprise - I wasted money on food I can’t eat because employees won’t read. How exactly do you put a sticker on a wrapper for double hamburgers with no onion and pickle - but decide to make fully loaded double cheeseburgers? Incompetent!

We stopped in to grab a snack and our service was amazing! The place was clean, the employees were working so hard. Me and my daughter had blisters from walking and the manager gave us some bandaids with a smile on her face. Thank you so much!!

ZERO stars. I placed my order at 1:08pm on 5 Dec 2025. It was 40 nuggets for my kids. I was asked to pull forward to the #1 parking spot to wait for the nuggets to be made.
At 1:31pm I finally called inside to find out if my food was coming, the snotty manager said that someone had already taken it out and another customer claimed my food.... radio silence, like she expected me to leave.
"Can I have my food, that I paid for?" was my question.
"Sure.... I'll get that out to you, that's what I just said...."
No, you actually didn't. Your runner saunters around like there's no hurry at lunch and then screws up and gives food to a customer that they didn't pay for and now you're getting an attitude with me?
To the owners, don't reply with a link to go to another site to do more than I'm already doing now... hold your incompetent manager and runner accountable.
