    General manager screwed up my order and then when question where my other sandwich was proceeded to blame me for his screw up. Tried to give me a lecture on how to order off the app with an attitude and when I said I just want my sandwich he refused and kicked us out of the restaurant and threatened to call the sherif. The man lied and said I cussed him out! LIE he just looked stupid in front of his young cashiers so he flipped it around. Nice try dude.

    Staff is always rude. Food is served cold and they refuse to make it fresh. They ad.itted our food sat out for 15 minutes before serving it, which is a health violation. Mozzarella sticks were so cold you could split them in half. We ordered cheddar for our sandwich and it wasnt put on it, then they acted like it was our fault and it was itemized on the receipt. The female manager with dark brown hair was down right rude and slammed the drive thru window shut on us 3x. My order was a mobile order and prepaid. They wouldnt refund or replace the order so we were stuck with a cold $20 meal. 😥 I did file a complaint w customer service asking for a refund but haven't heard back yet.

    Came through drive thru for a combo meal. Interaction was good but the fries were stale, ended up throwing them in the trash.

    Manager onsite a bit rude to employees, I did not find it adding any value to the young employees on shift, should I stop in again and his rude yelling loud obnoxious voice is there, im leaving, doubt I would stop again though.
