- LLLisaApr 16, 20261.0Employees need to be trained properly on how to make the drinks on the menu. I paid almost $14 for two Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. I received flavored milk. No Espresso. The worst drinks I've had at a Dunkin. The employee who took my order was also taking another order via her headset. Incredibly rude. No napkins available as well as dirty restroom. Come on, Dunkin, do better!!

There was a small misunderstanding with my order, but Manager Kimberly handled it right away with professionalism, kindness, and urgency. She listened, promptly fixed the issue, and made sure everything was taken care of. The entire team deserves recognition for their excellent customer service and positive attitude. It’s clear they care about their customers and work hard to create a great experience. I really appreciate how smoothly everything was resolved, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location.

Kenyon was funny, the sandwich station guy(unsure of name always made my food correctly!) and the tattooed girl Emma (i believe that was her name) was my favorite- she was there for two years every time i went and always was a delight and made sure i got my order quickly. I also noticed the old boss wasn’t there anymore. he was funny as heck! honestly what a shame. i went there for the people not the food, probably won’t be going back again now.
