  This establishment at this location and others are fantastic from my experience! The service is prompt and the attitude of the servers are even more impressive. Other fast food places should model their customer service after Chick-fil-A. Thank you for treating your customers with respect!

  I placed an online order and had a friend pick it up. When I got my food my sandwich wasn't in the bag. I know it's not like this for everyone, but I should get what I paid for every time.

  I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A. I placed a simple order, and somehow it was brought out incorrectly not once, not twice, but THREE separate times. Each time I went back to have it fixed, I was met with attitude instead of any kind of urgency or professionalism. What really made it worse was the complete lack of accountability—no apology, no acknowledgment of the repeated mistakes, nothing. Just rude responses and the feeling that I was somehow the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and this location completely failed. Poor service, poor communication, and an overall frustrating experience. Definitely not what I expected.

  Awesome food facilities and friendly folks as always. Pretty easy access off I10, but if you're in an RV or pulling a trailer, forget about it. I did it with only a 16-ft trailer and that was tight and the only place I could park was in an actual side lane in the corner of the parking lot and if the drive-thru had had a line it would have been a problem.

  The double drive through is very helpful. There were dozens of cars in line but all handled quickly and efficiently. The people who take my order are always very delightful and courteous. Food is generally always on point. Even after driving 10 min home, found that the food was very tasty and still hot and fresh. I would certainly recommend their Frosted Lemonade to drink. Absolute favorite. Their Chic-Fil-A, though amazing, come to find out, one packet has 140 calories and 13g of fat. Made with soybean oil, corn syrup, and sugar. Wish they had some nutrition facts or disclaimer about their sauces so people would know how unhealthy their sauces were. All in all, love this place, and the fact that they honor the Sabbath and are closed on Sundays. 4 stars for the lack of nutrition facts.
