  I order delivery because it’s convenient, but I also hate it because I never receive what I order And they never add sauces to my order ever. I can’t even blame the delivery driver because the bag is sealed, which is great but it sucks because food is always missing.

  This place sucks, none of the employees are friendly or appear to want to work at all. This place might as well close as it has been this way for a while. Franchise owner must not care.

  Im sorry but to wait 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes to pay cash at the register?! Lady came up to check to see if we needed to pay then another coworker told them to go over to the to-go window. Finally paid, cashier don’t know math. Everyone that came in after me already got their food. And after 2 hours of waiting we finally left with our food and surprisingly enough it was the right food

  Took almost an hour to get out food after I put in a mobile order 20 minutes before we arrived got almost no assistance from staff multiple people came in after for door dash and rather quickly got their things all the while the drive through was moving steady as can be and when we finally got assistance they hadn’t even started on our food would not recommend this “fast” food place

  Honestly the whole establishment has gone down hill. They barely put any meat in your food anymore and when you ask for substitutions its nearly impossible for them to get those substitutions right. Gave the service 2 stars because a few employees actually sound like they dont hate their jobs.
