  A location / manager that doesn’t value customers’ time and effort isn’t one I’d recommend. If you want a place where your time is respected, I wouldn’t recommend this location. My order was missing a Happy Meal. After driving 30 minutes round trip, I requested a small courtesy (like a McFlurry) to account for my time and gas. The manager explained that since I asked for it, they couldn’t give it, but had I not asked, they might have offered something. This felt confusing and didn’t show respect for my time. Customers deserve a bit of care when correcting a mistake, and that didn’t happen here. I hope they reflect on how important respect and customer service really are.

  Over priced tasteless combo meals that they can't cook or prepare correctly! Our Big Mac sandwich was missing one of the patties and zero sauce on the sandwich. Isn't that like one of the first 3 things that goes on a big Mac? HOW DO YOU MISS A WHOLE PATTY??

  Warning! This McDonalds charges $4.00 for a McChicken dollar menu sandwich that is HARD AS A ROCK!! Horrible service was slow as molasses. We sat in the drive thru 15 minutes afyer paying watching the drive-thru girl laughing and carrying on with a car full of teenage boys in front of us. She would star down the drive thru turn to the boys and laugh and carry on talking - they DIDNT ORDER ANYTHING or get any food/ drink!!

  The staff left the building instead of providing service. I went through the drive through on a fairly slow day, a few people inside, no line at the drive through, everything was in order, I pulled up to the order place and waiting for around 5m with no service. Thinking the best I wondered if it maybe was broken and they didn't know so I pulled forward to the first windows to make my order. Inside were 4 staff, all eating and talking, none of them appeared to be working. What's more I made eye contact with 3 of them who ignored me. After waiting there for nearly 5 more minutes I stopped seeing any staff at all. Deciding to eat somewhere else we pulled around and left annoyed and saw THREE of the four staff we saw out at their car laughing and eating. So needless to say over 10m we saw no service and were fully ignored by the staff who went outside to eat and talk at their car rather than do their jobs.
