    We ordered a hot coffee and got a half cup of coffee full of foam, not just that our hash browns were burnt. I don’t recommend coming here.

    I have been here two times and each time they mess up. The first time I received my food which was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese on the side and a side of their snackin bacon. Instead of getting my correct food they gave me two breakfast sandwiches that had nothing to do with my order. Once I went inside to get my food corrected they informed me that they can't take the incorrect food back so I took it upon myself to throw the food away and receive my correct order. Today, I decided to give them another chance and order my same order. On this order my bacon was missing and they put the cream cheese on the bagel instead of on the side. Instead of telling me that they were out of bacon when I picked up my order in the drive thru they just gave me my bagel and did not communicate. I went inside to ask for my bacon and they informed me "We currently do not have any bacon made so If you want the snackin bacon, you're going to have to wait". Once the manager said that I took it upon myself and ordered something else and I will never be going to this Dunkin location again.

    This establishment has the must rude employees of any Dunkin I've visited. Nothing at all in comparison to the shop on Thomasville RD in Tallahassee. Not once, not twice, not even 3 times, but every time I've drove through that drive through, I've had subpar rude customer service. Guess the owners are from New Jersey and that's normal there, but this isn't Jersey.
