  First let me start off by saying I don’t write reviews because I don’t go after people’s job. But the TREATMENT. That I just received from a supposed manager. Was disgusting, I asked was the fries freshed or redip and she act as if she didn’t hear me. I repeated it very nicely three times. And she kept making these rude faces which I ignored. She looked at the other employee and the employee said I think she says it’s only a little bit of fries. I proceeded to say yes I ordered a large and it’s a small amount and not only that it’s redip and old looking. The manager said “ well you’re going to have to get back In line and wait because I don’t have time. It’s going to take 3 mins and my beeper time is going off. So you can get back in line. I said no I can park and come in and wait. They said no the lobby is closed. I said how’s the lobby closed.” I asked for a manager. They said a manager for the store wouldn’t be in till tomorrow 04/08/26 @4:30p. And than I asked my the number which I don’t believe is the number. But I’ll be up there. Because this was ridiculous. Rude tune and nasty attitude. Whole time I’m calm.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the Taco Bell located at 9190 Wiles Road in Coral Springs. Jonathan was incredibly professional and handled everything with genuine care and attention. He is truly a gem—an absolute diamond of an employee. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. I felt compelled to take the time to recognize his outstanding service and give him the flowers he deserves. Employees like Jonathan make a real difference and reflect exceptionally well on this location. Thank you, Taco Bell, for providing great service and having such wonderful team members! 🌮✨

  They’ve changed their food… YUK, tastes like chemicals. I don’t know if it was the taco shell, maybe the oil, or the meat. They also didn’t fill up one of the tacos, Even with the lettuce, it was half full, and less ground beef. Too many better choices in the area, won’t be back.

  If I could give this location negative stars I would. Rude and incompetent staff. Seems like management will hire anyone off the street. Couldn’t event get a basic order that is categorized by number correct. Does the staff even know how to count? This place needs new managment or owner asap.
