- EHEvelyn Howard1 day ago3.0Way too focused on rushing you out of the drive thru line!! They rush so much that they forget some items. It has happened couple times now! The point of the drive-thru is a stay in my car, but several times I've had to park and walk in. Frustrating.

Kind of a staple for this place so I have to run into target and buy it because we all use it. They need to fix this, either but more if it comes in gallon size or make them do their side work !

My wife had a very specific, "out of the norm" Tropi Chop order, but Luis handled it effortlessly. To ensure total accuracy, he read the entire order back to us and even took the initiative to pack everything himself. The presentation was flawless, neat, organized, and honestly looked as perfect as it does in the commercials 👌. Luis is a true professional!

I am doing this review because I wanted to share the experience I had with assistant manager Shakira and general manager Ana. On my most recent trip to pollo I ordered 3 meals , my brown rice was tough with a plastic texture. Unfortunately there is no phone number directly to the store to let them know that there is an issue with their rice so I had to wait until the next day, after speaking with a call center in another country that was no help to me. Once I met Shakira and Ana, they took care of my issue flawlessly, which gave me confidence to return to this location. They are an asset to pollo tropical !
