  Just got my pizza and found a small dragonfly baked in the cheese of my pizza. My kids didnt want to eat it and had to throw the pie away. Not cool.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I just received at this Pizza Hut location. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced anything like this before. When I arrived, the line was long, which I completely understood. Before receiving my order, I made sure to politely inform the cashier, Lisse, that I wanted extra sauce on one order of wings. She whispered something to another employee, who acknowledged it. However, when I received my food, there was no extra sauce. I calmly brought this to her attention, but she responded with noticeable attitude and told me to wait. After standing there for quite some time, another employee noticed and tried to assist me, but Lisse snapped at her and said she would handle it. After about 10 minutes, she opened all three of my boxes, even though I clearly tried to explain that I only needed extra sauce on one order. Instead of listening, she added extra sauce to all three. Additionally, I had paid for two blue cheese sauces with my order, which were missing. When I politely asked for them, she argued with me and insisted I hadn’t paid for them. She ignored me when I tried to show my receipt and instead searched through her own receipts. Once she finally found it and handed me one, I explained that I had ordered two. She again told me no, until I showed her my receipt. Only then did she give me the second one without any apology. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I am honestly shocked by how I was treated. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location, and it has completely changed my perception. At this point, I do not plan on returning.

  The guy that makes the pizza doesn’t wear gloves. I ordered a personal pan pizza With the topping, and there was very minimal topping!!

  After placing several orders for either pickup or delivery (after a location closer to home closed), the Wiles Road Pizza Hut has consistently provided good experiences. Food is ready when promised. We prefer a light bake, and they don't "burn their pizzas beyond recognition", they're baked to pizza perfection. Staff has consistently been personable yet efficient - the right balance. We have kept ordering, and hope they keep delivering the same consistently fantastic service!
