  If you want extra protein in your sandwiches, this is the place you want to go to! Served with a side of rudeness and people who obviously care about basic cleanliness.

  Ordered the frontega sandwich, paid $1 more for extra basil. Came with none. Paid $4 for a pistachio cookie with the size of a quater and does not taste like fubai chocolate at all,not crunchy. Don't buy it.

  They forgot my onions in my salad so I asked them for some onions super friendly and nice. The girl working was great. She told her coworker to get me the onions from this one side and he didn’t listen and gave me some onions that were literally the bottom of the barrel things you would throw out. I walked back and asked if I could get different ones and sorry for being difficult because I hate to cause trouble like that. The girl told him again to get it from the other side and he gave me like 3 thin onions but that wasn’t even the bad part, he literally put it in the container THEN he took it out with his glove to give to me THEN looked at me and just put it back in the container with it hanging half out of the cup like I WISH I was joking… disrespectful to me when I was nothing but chill and respectful.

  HORRIBLE TASTELESS FAKE EGG SANDWICH ! I go to Panera a lot, I am also a sip club member. I travel on business extensively around Florida so much that I know Panera 's menu and policies few will understand. Today (Easter) I went in for my morning (pre-paid) coffee and made a HUGE mistake, I took the bait laidout in the rewards of the Panera App for $1 off a breakfast sandwich.... It's Easter so I'll treat myself so I thought. CROISSANT EGG, SAUSAGE and CHEESE I proudly told the counter girl and paid $7.54. I can't remember being more disappointed. It was cold. The egg was paper thin, so much so if I unfolded it I literally could see through it. In addition the sausage patty was small and under cooked. On top of the ripoff for the nearly $8 spent, Panera has a huge poster in every location explaining their food ingredients are the freshest they can find. (Excuse me but cartoned egg substitute IS NOT FRESH !) This is the biggest lie. Panera does NOT use real eggs..... They pour an egg solution from a carton on a hot plate. Yep fake egg and it taste like it. I expressed my disappointment to the manager and he agreed with my points of disappointment, I then asked if he himself would pay almost $8 for this sandwich?, he said "No Way, he wouldn't". He then said, "What do you want me to do?" I then asked him saying, "I don't know but DO YOU KNOW WHAT I WON'T BE DOING AGAIN ???"

  I was very disappointed to discover an insect with wings and large legs in my lunch after I had already started eating it. Realizing that I may have unknowingly consumed part of it caused significant stress and concern about the food safety standards at this establishment. Because of this incident, I believe it would be appropriate for the venue to undergo a sanitary and pest control inspection to confirm that proper hygiene and food safety measures are being followed. Until the establishment can provide clear confirmation of such inspections and demonstrate that the issue has been addressed, I cannot recommend visiting this place.
