  this location sucks!!! service takes forever, no employees acknowledge you, you will definitely wait abt 20+ mins for your food anytime of the day, food is stale all the time, NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!

  It says this location is 24 hours, I put in a late night mobile order, went to pick it up and no one was responding or takingcare of the orders, had to wait like 30minutes until finally someone appeared from the back. I believe they were sleeping on the job...

  Allan was kind and polite not just to us but each customer infront of us. It was so refreshing to have someone so polite. His service was great, fast, and kind.

  Because this is the closet McDonald's to me, I keep giving this location a chance for breakfast with the poorest results. It's unfortunately the same experience. It starts with trying to give my order at the monitor, only to be told to come to the 2nd window to order. This of course means the actual order won't start until what should be the pick up window. My average time is about 22 minutes (no exaggeration) from order to getting my food. The manager who is always there is not rude, just clearly not qualified to manage a restaurant or staff. This morning though, i wen to use my McDonald's app deal by providing the 4 digit number. After telling me I couldn't use it (which made no sense), I drove away. Because I have my credit card linked to the app, I now see I was charged for an order that never occurred nor did I ever receive. Other McDonald's restaurant in the area, specifically on McNab Rd and Rock Island and on Cypress Creek and Powerline runs great, so clearly it is this individual location every time.
