  We visited this McDonald's today for the first time in a long while. The inside has been remodeled and it looked very modern and clean. We noticed that there was no one at the counter to take orders any more and were forced to use a large touchscreen that probably eliminated a few jobs here. We could see that there were a few employees way in the back, but they were too busy to bother with the counter. Ordering on the touchscreen took longer 15 minutes than we anticipated for our entire visit, when we planned out the schedule for the day. Basically, we had no time to enjoy our food and were rushed as a result. Items listed on the touchscreen led to dead ends and forced us to start over. There was no selection at all to order a plain old cup of ice water. The food we got was good though, which is better than we expected. The drinks disappointed. There was no ice in a the refill machine and the cokes there were flat. There was no urn for iced tea refills. We flagged down one of the employees for a refill of tea, but she had so much else to do, it took forever it seemed. We were already out of time and had to leave anyway. Prices were high too. I didn't really mind what we paid for the food, but the price we paid for drinks was a complete waste of money.

  Horrific management ordered my food at 10:20 said that I was already there. At 10:24 and was told at 10:32. They didn't make the order. So I was basically robbed for ten dollars and 20 minutes of time.

  I arrived to this location as its right next to my house. I pull up to the drive-through sit and wait there for about 2 to 3 minutes before I decide to move up to the window because nobodys answering and theres absolutely nobody in front of me while I approach the window shes answers with what you want, and then I placed my order and questioned the advertise price for the meal that Ive received that other locations and she told me I cant do anything with that deal because I need to have the app she closed the door. Spoke to someone. I imagine it would be a manager and opened the back up door open the window again and said yes its confirmed you need the app to get a discounted rate. Its advertise that you buy one get one for a dollar she refused to honor the deal as advertise. There was no manager coming to the window to speak to me and then when I refuse to place my order, she was like all right then bye I was upset pissed beyond redemption for the professionism, and customer service received and not able to speak to a manager I also contacted the number for the store and it went to voicemail because nobody picks up the phone there at all. If a customer has a complaint. There should be some one to answer. to take those Calls . I am in the customer service business. I know exactly how important every customer and every experience is the most concerning part is that I had to drive to another location to receive the same meal honoring the same advertise price and received exceptional service and even a thank you at the end I will never go back to the store and I will be copying everything. Im stateing here and posting it online cause thats not fair thats not good service and the attitude of the staff that represented McDonalds I know its not a big deal to you but still thats the face of the store and that young lady should not be there. Before placing this review here, I tried to place a review on their online portal and that didn’t work. What’s the purpose of having a portal to understand complaints for your store yet? It does not work. I hope this review helps someone else making a decision on where they would like to eat getting something to eat should not be this difficult.
