  I ordered food then asked for a refund because I was charged to much manager sent refund back to wrong card that account was closed came back the next day . Now they acting like it's a problem to take care of a refund that was never returned . Stanley stated the money will return to the account called my bank they have no recollection of a refund which they can see everything on my account. I was over charged then wasn't refunded because he was so busy he didn't wanna deal with it after I explained the situation to him . Now they had me call a district manager who basically didn't want to talk to me because he is on vacation in Russia . and says the store needs to deal with it now I'm waiting another 30 40 minutes just for my money to be returned . This store is very clean but very unorganized when It comes to customer service this issue should've been handled yesterday at the point of sale and it wasn't now I'm here with another crew who has no recollection of yesterday's events . The worst mcdonalds ever when it comes to customer service . They do not care you stand in front of them with problems or concerns and moving at their own pace while having full conversations while I'm standing here waiting on results even just observing other customers it taking forever just for a sandwich an coffee. WORST MCDONALDS ever .... Save your money or go somewhere else ...

  Elaine is at this location’s drive-thru is absolute all-star of an employee. Speaks clearly, understands the importance of being efficient, kind, and just an overall great experience when interacting with her. Big things in her future, I am sure!! The world needs more Elaine-esque employees everywhere!!

The staff is generally friendly, though most ordering is done through the kiosk, so you may not interact much with the cashiers. When you do need assistance, they’re helpful and responsive. The restaurant is clean, and service is fast, making it a reliable option for a quick bite. Overall, it’s an okay experience—nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done. ⭐⭐⭐

  1/5 stars. they prioritize the drive thru n make guests inside wait FOREVER! they have personal convos amongst themselves vs actually tending to customers waiting. staff is not friendly n tend to ignore customers like its a part of their job. would not recommend!
