  It was mass confusion . The staff making the sandwiches did a sloppy job my mushrooms were inside the wrapper and all over the top of the bun. The buns were smashed and dripping with oil so much the brown bag was soaked and ended up all over my ( seat. Disappointing experience , especially when you pay top dollar for a hanburger

  The worst customer services. Don’t care about the customer food don’t care if they don’t have all the ingredients just the food anyway they want and don’t discuss with the customer if they don’t have the ingredient. Supervisor just talking with the workers and not trying to get the customers out. Horrible restaurant experience.

  Extremely slow service. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes so they could give me 2 Burgers (I even ordered them ahead of time). They kept on checking the name on the order which tells me they do not know how to keep track of the orders. Very disappointed on this place. I do not recommend them. Update: I received the order, and they only included the patties. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. They did not include anything on what it was requested. They take over an hour to make 2 burgers and they still get them wrong. If you want a burger, do not go to this place, it's just not worth it.

  The employees at this location defintely deserve a raise, or at the very least to be acknowledged, and praised. I placed a mobile order, already knowing it was probably going to be busy, since there was a BoGO special going on. This place was beyond packed, with many waiting customers looking pretty frustrated. I waited patiently for my order, and although it took quite a bit longer than the eta given on the app, I couldn't help but notice how well the employees worked together as a team, getting orders out as quickly as possible, and making sure all customers were being taken care of, all while keeping their cool, and remaining friendly & polite. My order was accurate, and the burgers were great as always, but the employees at this location really made what could've been a stressful experience, a pleasant one instead. Much appreciated! 👏
