  Horrible service, my manager ordered wingstop for delivery and 90% of the order was wrong. She ordered a garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich and got a lemon pepper chicken sandwich, I ordered a 6 piece wing combo and it wasn’t even in the bag and the drinks were wrong, not satisfied at all!

  The atmosphere is great there, the shift manager there made me feel like I was family. They need more like him at the other location, I will be back soon

  Ordered take out for the first time from here as heard it was great, well we ordered boneless wings and they were horrible!! I never would recommend this place. At least for the boneless wings, but I don't think that I would even try the regular ones because of the experience I received. Very rude at pickup and had to wait even tho it wasn't busy 😒 🙄 and my fries weren't cooked the way I asked, so maybe they can't read English, or read at all. Who knows just seems like they could careless. Don't waste your money and go else where.

  Delivered only half the order and when trying to contact them to correct the error, the hung up and then the phone was disconnected for at least 90 min before I decided I’ll just file a claim on my credit card for the refund. Horrible! Edited to add: the reply from management was for show. I called and was told I’d be refunded the cost of the food that was not delivered and no refund was ever given.

  Today in the afternoon, my son and I visited the location on Wiles and Riverside to eat wings. From the moment we walked in and greeted the employee, she had a very bad, passive-aggressive attitude for no reason at all. When we asked for a few seconds to decide on the wing flavor, she responded rudely. After placing our order and sitting down, we noticed she was very friendly and smiling only with someone who appeared to be her friend, while completely ignoring other customers. Both of them were loudly talking and playing around in their language instead of paying attention to customers. The employee was also eating fries and drinking soda while on duty, which was very unprofessional. This location has very poor customer service. It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us, instead of providing basic service to paying customers. Unfortunately, customer service does not seem to be a priority here. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. hope management addresses this issue, as it affects the reputation of this location.”
