    Nighttime drive thru worker is rude, sounds like he doesn’t want to be there at all, I give grace maybe he’s having a bad day but can’t be a coincidence every-time I’m there he’s having a bad night. The attitude is completely uncalled for. He made a mistake on my order I corrected him and he sighed so loud and got even ruder and yelled (second window). He needs more training.

    The chances of them getting your order right is microscopic. Especially in the morning. It seems to be the shifts because in the morning, I order #9 large, then I get small everything, I get large drink, small everything, and a combination of everything else. But a 100% of the time, I'm handed my food with NO GLOVES and you see the rest of them working without gloves. I don't care if the ones at night make less mistakes. Right now, it's mistakes 100% of the time.
