This was due to the store manager Chris, chubby maybe Spanish with long dark hair just in case the wrong name was provided. I ordered a #13 and #6 and the drinks were different sizes, I asked to for to pay the difference to get the same size for the drinks and he argued with me and told be I would have to pay for an additional drink or go back through the line because his line was getting long when he could’ve just charged me the difference or something. His explanation for the inconvenience was that the chalupas come with a large and I’m supposed to check the screen. The Taco Bell rep should have repeated the order. When I refused to go back to the end of the line he threaten ban me, I’ve come to this location SO MANY TIMES AND NEVER HAVE I FELT SO TERRIBLE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to go to another Taco Bell location 20 minutes from my home, and ended up getting the soft tacos instead of chalupa’s. Overall negative experience, the customer service was poor, and the fact that he called himself a manager the in store camera footage needs to be reviewed, I will be contacting corporate on Monday.
