  I had a car full of little ladies wanting mozzarella sticks. The line was around the building. We left to go shopping and tried again afterwards. The line was half as long so we waited. Only one guy was working total!? Had a big smile and was running everything. The others called out. I couldn't believe how nice he was and said sorry about the wait. He even had mints in our bag. I hope he gets double or triple pay for doing the job of three people. Fantastic customer service!!

  They were great, the girl at the counter was helpful. Food tasted great. No issues like anyone else has noted.

  2/5 stars. the quality of the food and service depends on the whether or not a manager is on duty. there shouldn't be repeated mistakes on online orders, multiple different times, instructions are as clear as day. it's a hit or miss with the food, depending on the cook. no reason i should be given lukewarm food when it should be hot/fresh. the cashier who wears glasses n has a ponytail is pleasant and does her best!! random teens typically have car meets in the parking lot on fridays. the other location in lauderhill is better and more consistent.
