    Check your order!! I enjoy Pollo, but the staff frequently fails to deliver my complete order. Any modifications requested pose a challenge. Friendly drive through staff. No idea what happens between the order taking and order giving.

    Oh my god. I should have just paid for one tostone ropa vieja instead of three because they just stacked three on top of each other, and gave meat portion for just ONE on the top, also missing my red green bell peppers (the part I was looking towards), only onions and it's a disproportionately excess amount of so.

    Pollo used to be a great place for cheap eats. Chicken and rice is and excellent lunch to fill you up. But it's so expensive and the flavor is gone.
