Finally after 20 mins I get to the cashier who tells me “you have to buy your gift card online we don’t sell them in person” ????? Sorry what????? Since when? I’ve bought several gift cards for pollo in the past! What kind of restaurant doesn’t sell gift cards? Super frustrating!! Moral of the story don’t listen to the person working the drive thru and don’t try getting a gift card because I guess they don’t have them

My husband went to pick it up and they said they cannot find the order we showed them confirmation. We show them proof of payment they didn’t care.
