my orders have been consistently wrong… I don’t have this problem with any other location. And when I catch it while I’m still in the drive thru I’m given dirty looks… the only reason I went to this location is because it’s close to me but I will be going to another location instead. The sauces are always filled 1/3rd of the container which is a big waste.

I placed an order for a family meal and a side of french fries through the drive-through when I got to the window I was asked to park because the french fries were not ready. I parked my vehicle and the employee came outside with two bags of food. She gave my food to another vehicle, and the person in the vehicle opened the bag and looked through the bag with her hands might i add. The person then said it was not their food and gave it back to the employee the employee then brought the bag to my car. I told the employee I would like a new meal because the other person touched the meal she said why would you want a new meal? She didn’t touch the food I told her I am not satisfied with that and I would like a new meal. The employee went inside, and my husband went in after her. My husband heard the employee complaining to the manager that I’m complaining and being picky about a meal, and the manager told her just switch the bags. My husband then said to them I would like a new meal, not for you just to switch the bags the manager then proceeded to say he is not dealing with this tonight. At which point my husband said you can either refund us or give us a new meal. The manager said you can have a refund and have a nice night this location lacks customer service and empathy not only is it rude to treat someone that way it goes against food, safety policy to give someone food that another customer touched.
