  I went there on 02-20-26 I had the worst experience ever I order some food I paid then I went to get my food , the guy in drive thru was soooo rude I didn’t get his name he is black skinny guy was wearing blue mask he should be in kitchen washing dishes he is not suppose to deal with customers he gave me middle finger then start cussing at me just because I was checking my order so never go to this location

  The worst location they have the worst employee there , the cashier was black skinny guy was wearing mask start cursing at me for no reason , I’ll never go there again

  This is the most incredible pollo I’ve ever been too only because of that great Lady Stephanie !!!! I’d honestly just go there to eat with Stephanie. She’s so cool and she would never put beans on my rice because I hate beans.

  What's up Googlers it you're hometown reviewer hero. Guys I have been working down the street for almost two months now and I have been to this Pollo Tropical 5x times... i have been eating at Pole tropical ever since I was very young.When they only had a few locations... and that's why I'm leaving my review.Because I am impressed with this location.The food is very delicious. The sauces are very important that they are consistent. I cannot stress how important the sauces need to stay consistency.And they do that here every time. The food is delicious. Now let's talk about service when I tell you.It's always nice to see a friendly face and someone with a positive attitude and you can get that right here when you're getting your food. I always order the same plate .Because I'm very simple, like that.The half of chicken rice and beans , they give you the hawaiian rolls with it... very, important that you take your sauce's with you.I recommend the Pollo Pollo spice and the cilantro garlic sauce.. it hit everything.
