I have had this sandwich before up at the Panera in Palm Beach on Palm Beach Gardens Boulevard and it was delicious. The last two times I had it they had hardly any chicken in it and the asiago bagel, I think they forgot to put salt and it doesn’t have an asiago flavor. It is edible, but I don’t have to run back and have it again unless I am in PBG.

Constant failures and both fulfilling orders and in customer service today they forgot an item and when it was brought to their attention, the front end manager said “oh it wasn’t me I was not upfront when the order was placed.” It is beyond Belief that a company such as this does not understand and embrace that it is a team together that works, and when a customer is upset because the company failed in its service to not take responsibility as a team or to attend to absolve yourself individually is reprehensible and shows poor work ethic
