- NJNeish JJan 16, 20263.0I only write reviews if I received the best food/experience or the worst. Unfortunately it's the latter. I've gone to this location many time since it first opened. I've never had an issue until recently. The last time I ordered (before today) was a few months ago. I wasn't aware of the changes. The "little" burger used to be a smaller pattie than the standard burger. Now, they ask if you want one or two patties. One being the "little" burger. And two being the regular burger. Anywho, I wasn't given that explanation when asked a few months ago. The rep simply shrugged as if I asked an annoying question. Joked with the cook about my annoyance while they prepared my ordered. Forgot about my milkshake and when I inquired about it the rep proceeded to prepare with an unpleasant attitude. Fast forward to today, I placed an order with a very welcoming rep. We actually joked and laughed a little bit. She even recommended adding a few condiment and ingredients which I agreed to. When I arrived home, I had a completely different burger. I ordered a Cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato and grilled onions. The burger I received only had mayo, pickles and lettuce. I'm truly disappointed. I know some may say "it's just food" .. yes, food that you pay for and expect to be what you ordered. It's disappointing when you start to doubt your trusting net with an establishment. It's even more disappointing when individuals apply for a job they don't want to do ..
