I have never had an experience where they’ve gotten my order right a simple caramel macchiato which says on the menu comes with whipped cream and caramel drizzle they make it without it and I have to argue and prove that the menu says it comes with it every time. I’ve been a customer at Einsteins since college I know what the order is I get it every time at all locations and this is the only one that refuses to follow the recipe. The only reason I continue to frequent this location is the proximity to my work place but I might have to branch out as this is getting cumbersome.

I called them again to check the status of the next sandwich and the guy was very rude and told me order is on the way without trying to know who the order is for or what the issue is? Very poor service. I never got the sandwich nor the refund . Had to Throw the bacon sandwich as I am a vegetarian
