When we got to the store the person at the delivery window told me that they do not have the glazed munchkins and tried to give me something else that I refused and requested that they cancel my order. She told me the order can be cancelled in the app. When I tried to cancel in the app I noticed that the order showed that is was completed and I was charged for it even though I did not receive my items. I went back into the drive through and the same lady told me that they cannot cancel the order or refund me. This is total dishonesty as it seems like they wanted to collect the order and provide it to one of their friends or something of that sort. This is totally unacceptable and is not the only incident of this sort that I have experienced at this location.
