- RMRoger McintyreJan 3, 20261.0You pay for cold foam or whipped cream and these guys never put it, the past 4 times I’ve came and paid for it they never put it. Today I asked for a cup of water with ice and was given a pup cup with 5 pieces of ice from the white male with curly hair. Sad as a paying customer this is the standard of service being provided. I’ve never had this issue at any other Dunkin in the area as well as Dunkin’s in other states, this location always drops the ball besides the Indian lady on the register she is very sweet and always does the drinks well! It seems she is the only competent worker at the store the rest can’t even read instructions off of a receipt as simple as whipped cream or cold foam. Customers always block you in if you park in front of store and everytime I go to pick up a coffee there’s always people smoking at the seats right in front of the door. I’d avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts unless you want to be disappointed.

These are for a kids party. Funny enough this is the first Dunkin donuts that doesn't even have the back wall with the donuts on display. Did Dunkin change their business model? Looks like more like a barista bar now. Tried to refund in the app but the app service to do that is down so guess I can't get my money back.
