The employee did not deny access, but she asked if I had purchased something and told me to wait. I am pregnant, and restroom access in that condition is urgent. Other customers in line even told her to give me the key because I am pregnant, yet she continued asking me to wait. This situation was uncomfortable and unnecessary. When someone is pregnant and asking for a restroom key, there should not be delays. I hope this location reinforces better judgment and sensitivity in these situations. Does it really matter if I had purchased something? Which yes I did but what if for someone else did not! At the end I had to use the restroom in the salon next to the Dunkin’. Thank you to the lady who helped me
