I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and I received a damp soft cold bagel, my sandwich and ice tea missing, my build your own refresher was made completely incorrect containing ingredients I did not include in my order things I am allergic to like whole milk and I ask for oat milk. I wish places like this would do better to paying customers Im sure the employees would not like it if the payroll was this negligent with their pay
