  The big guy that looks like a body guard got mad at me for wanting to double wrap my burrito then, the lady with the beard took forever on my order and gave me like 6 pieces of chicken and gives such bad attitude and when my order is ready she goes somewhere in the back and acts like is on her time but she’s not I payed for my and does not bag it for another 5 minutes she’s the most intolerant lady I have ever met and then their a lady at the front who acts like it’s illegal to get a water cut so I have to use a side cup for water this chipotle needs to really work on their costumer service.

  Terrible experience last week, I went at night and they told me they were out of steak and it would take 30 mins so I waited inside, when I asked how much longer after 30 mins of waiting they told me they’re out of steak. I was super frustrated because they could’ve told me that from the jump, the cook was also VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. It seemed he just didn’t want to make another batch or something, but the ladies of upfront helped me and gave me half off so that wasn’t bad but I won’t be returning!

  This location has become incredibly terrible. The burrito size is the size of a children’s burrito. Attached is a picture with burritos next to a fork to give you a size comparison. I go to multiple locations and this is the ONLY location who skims customers and always forgets to put guacamole and or messes up the order by adding dried out jerky tasting steak instead of chicken along with messing up other ingredients in burritos. So disappointing!!! Will go to other locations going forward!

  Excelente la persona que nos preparó el burrito, excelente el manager, desastrosa la cajera, (“rubia”) totalmente desagradable, mal educada, y nos quiso estafar con el cambio. El resto de las personas amables, nos lo sirvieron frio, solicitamos calentarlo, y ella no lo permitió!! Recomendable el lugar, pero esta persona no debería estar al frente del negocio. The person who prepared our burrito was excellent, as was the manager. However, the cashier (a blonde woman) was disastrous—completely unpleasant, rude, and tried to cheat us out of the change. The rest of the staff were friendly, but our burrito was served cold. We asked for it to be heated, and she refused! The place is recommendable, but this woman shouldn't be running the business.

  The service at this Chipotle location is extremely slow. There is almost always a long line, not because they are busy, but because they only have one person serving customers at a time. The pace is frustrating and poorly managed. On top of that, the portions are very small compared to other locations. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not worth the wait.
