  So i came in tonight around 6:30 and some really disturbing behavior from one of the chefs left me in disgust…I was walking to the bathroom and i noticed a tall chef who was on the heavier side with what appeared to be dreadlocks putting his unwashed, and ungloved hand into somebody's meal and place a piece of meat into his mouth and got back to work after licking his fingers. I was heavily disturbed and will be calling corporate. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

  Had a SPECTACULAR time at carrabbas this weekend. Our server Tristan took amazing care of us. Their delicious short rib marsala is back for the season and let me tell you it falls off the bone!! Manger Rob and Chuck were so kind to stop by, i will be back to enjoy those fair lunch specials😁😁

  My mother and I frequent this location weekly. It’s always consistently great food and service. Brianna L. Is always our day time waitress and she’s always a pleasure. She goes above and beyond with her service. We will forever come back here for all these reasons.

  We were a party of 11 and dined there tonight 11-13 @ 6p.m. We called in advance and were told NO reservations were necessary. On arrival we were informed a table forb11 might not be possible - it was 6 pm and the restaurant had (2) diners. As we were early we (2) went to the bar at 5:55pm - a bar tender eventually surfaced at 6:05. I asked my partner to order 2 house merlot's as I went to my car for a moment. Our group arrived and I requested the check - I was rather surprised to be presented with a tab for $34.86 plus a suggested tip for an invisible bar-stewart (Shivani M). I later discovered happy hour wine was $7 per glass - BEWARE - This is SHARP PRACTICE. I tipped her, but on reflection, WHY? My partner certainly DID NOT specify "Decoy Merlot" I waited 5 minutes for my bartab from the invisible Shivani! Our meal was okay, except my CRAB Cake was missing the essential CRAB.... 95% BREAD. A redeeming fact was our waiter who was OUTSTANDING and attended to each of the 11 with a huge smile, and super efficiency. Her name was HALEY E and she was outstanding. The restaurant was still quite empty when we departed so perhaps management encourages the bar rip off or could it be the desired 22% of $14 versus 22% of $34:86. Management, we suggest you hang onto Haley and ease up on the bread in the crab Cake. In retrospect the 3 people at the bar when we arrived, spoke volumes ( or has Management got the bar staff multitasking?) Thank you for the boiler plate reply......! The subtle suggestion that I had an issue is not quite accurate.....Carabbas have an issue regarding bar management- I don't. Re question "what else did you order?" A broad range of dishes including a fillet steak and a ribeye which brings up another point - Your $10 take home addition - NOT TRUE - IN THE CASE OF OUR STEAK DISHES - THE ADD ON IS $18 each - Is that legal?

  We had an awesome experience at the Carrabba’s in Coral Springs thanks to our server, Tamarsha. She was super friendly, attentive, and really made sure we were taken care of the whole time. It’s rare to get service that good. She made our night, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
