  Nos encantó este lugar. El servicio fue excelente y todos fueron muy atentos. El restaurante se siente limpio, organizado y con un ambiente muy agradable para compartir en familia o en pareja. La comida estuvo deliciosa y llegó a la mesa en su punto. También queremos reconocer al manager Ito, quien pasó varias veces a asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien. De verdad hace la diferencia en la atención. Totalmente recomendado.

  Excelente experiencia. Desde que llegamos recibimos un servicio muy amable y rápido. El ambiente del restaurante es muy cómodo y todo estaba bastante limpio. La comida salió perfecta: buen sabor, buena porción y muy bien presentada. Quiero destacar al manager Ito, que estuvo súper atento con las mesas y se aseguró de que todo estuviera en orden. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta lo que hace. Sin duda volveremos.

  First of all we walk in and just standing there like NPCs. No greeting. No “hey be right with you.” Just vibes like we’re invisible. I’m already annoyed. Finally get seated and tell me why the table still got crumbs and greasy spots on it?? Like hello?? I shouldn’t have to clean my own table at a sit-down restaurant. That’s crazy. Then the waiting… bro the WAITING. It took forever just to get drinks. And once we got them? No refills. We’re sitting there thirsty watching servers speed walk past us like we owe them money. It wasn’t even that packed which makes it worse. What is the excuse. Now the food. Don’t get me started. The pasta was swimming. I mean SWIMMING in sauce like they dumped the whole pot on it. Heavy for no reason. The chicken? Dry on the edges but somehow still took 45 years to come out. Make it make sense. Some plates came out hot, some were barely warm so now we’re awkwardly waiting to eat together. The timing was a mess. And for those prices?? Be serious. If I’m paying that much I expect the food to at least slap. This was giving reheated but charge full price. Big portions don’t mean nothing if the flavor is mid. It just felt lazy. Like nobody back there cared. Also why was it so loud?? I’m yelling across the table like we at a football game. I came to eat pasta not lose my voice. And the check took forever too. We’re clearly done, plates pushed to the side, and we’re just sitting there. At that point I’m irritated for real. The whole experience felt disorganized, overpriced, and low effort. I left mad. Not even dramatic mad. Actually annoyed. There are way too many other spots to be spending money here and getting this type of energy. Do better because this was not it.a at

  First of all, it breaks my heart to even write this review because this is my first time trying Carrabba’s. I ordered the beef short rib, the shrimp/scallop vodka pasta & the salmon topped w crab. It came with side salads, mashed potatoes, broccoli & a lentil/sausage soup. The beef short rib was immaculate! But moving on to my husband’s pasta, it was dry, unseasoned and he felt cheated w the amount of scallop and shrimp he received. The salmon topped w crab was terrible. It tasted as if they squeezed an entire bag of lemons on top yet it had no seasoning whatsoever. The caesar dressing was meh, tasted homemade but it was okay-ish. The broccoli had no flavor, the mashed potatoes were 6/10. The lentil soup was not bad but I wasn’t expecting it to be a little spicy, idk. I just don’t know if I’ll return.
