My waiter had tables inside and outside and refused to service us after we ordered, he manly was tending to the big tables. To checkout I had to fish down a waitress who then had to get his card. I waited so long a manager had to check me out and apologized for the service I received. The food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, the wedges looked like what was left over from a previous batch. Overall, this place was dirty, there was like a film over the utensils that even my kids were able to point out. I would never attend this location again.

Dont get me wrong, I understand that sometimes a feather or 2 will get past inspection. But not an entire wing covered in feathers. That's just unacceptable BWW, unacceptable. Every restaurant should implement a presentation inspection prior to anything leaving your kitchen. After paying almost 100$ for a delivery order it's the least you can do.

Then the guy didn’t want to serve us because she went and told him something but he served the booth in front of us! The manager even told him he had to serve us and he said no! I will be reporting to higher management. This is unacceptable !
