  I would like the store manager and district manager know that Kenly and Chard were working hard and made me the best sandwiches and best coffee I had at a Dunkin’ Donuts in a long time. I work across the street and will now be visiting more frequently because of them. My croissant was perfectly toasted and chicken was hot and fresh. My coffee was made to perfection along with my wife’s frozen drink. Hash browns were toasted and fresh. They deserve recognition and praise for not only making great food fast, but also handling the pressure of alot of customers and be the only two running the whole thing.

  Today 03/27/26 around 3ish PM I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin close to my house. I work in Pompano, and I normally go to the one closer to my work. The little ones wanted donuts and it's Friday so I decided to stop at the one closer to our house. I had asked for a certain drink that was unavailable, but the amazing and awesome crew that you had during this time on shift these two gentlemen gladly gave me their opinions as I asked for it what they would choose for themselves out of the options that were available. They both recommended with enthusiasm the vanilla bean flavor, and as I tried it before I left the drive-thru to give him my thoughts I can't express enough, first of all how good this drink is, and I am hooked for sure! But 2nd and most importantly what I love to see (I ran a restaurant for a very long time) and I run two companies now, and I know what it takes to have good customer service skills and to be able to engage with your customers add to make them feel like they need to come back to the store. With that said I just wanted to say kudos to the two men, that were on shift this Friday afternoon! Thank you for making it a fun experience, trying new things. To the manage I hope you acknowledge these teams memebers, we always only hear the bad reviews, so because I am a manager when I have a good experience or a great one I definitely always make sure I leave a review.. with that said because of your crew I will definitely be back! 😁👏🏼🔥

  Manager was nice but some of the staff here attitude was as ridiculous. Wish I got the young lady’s name. Terribly rude

  While ordering, the manager who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. She rushed through my order at the drive thru. The food wasn’t great, my iced coffee was incredibly sweet and wasn’t mixed properly. Terrible customer service
