Can't believe DD is that broke that they need to charge for tap water. The matcha was too sweet and more than half of the cup was ice. Next time I'll just go across the street and get the matcha latte from Starbucks

After placing an order the guy says you don’t have the option of selecting a drink it must be a coffee. I normally get this with a sweet tea and it is advertised with a sweet tea on the menu. The guy wouldn’t ring up my order so I left. Thanks Dunkin taking my business elsewhere.

They will walk right past you as you stand right at the counter waiting for someone to take your order. Then on top of that I went to procure in giving my order they will say Oh you can't do that What do you mean I'm paying for it why can't you do it that's not how this works a paying customer is always right.
