There is a noticeable presence of flies, which cashiers are frequently seen attempting to swat away. The retail shelves are consistently understocked, particularly with bagels and similar items. The muffins and doughnuts provided are invariably stale, never fresh. Beverages often taste sour, or there appears to be a lack of proficiency in their preparation. Furthermore, the tables and floors are routinely uncleaned. The refrigerated beverage section is also consistently inadequately stocked, particularly during the lunchtime period. Having frequented numerous Dunkin' Donuts locations, I consider this particular establishment to be the least satisfactory.

When it came time for the change I gave the girl a 20 and she couldn't figure out how to give me change for $14.98 additionally she tried to give me $1.98 and dimes. Since they were doing a shift change I suggested giving me two singles from the new drawer and gave them back the change plus a nickel. The girl had no idea how to handle and the girl with her said we're not suppose to do that. I asked for a manager and they said she left, I asked for their names and they refused to give them. Bad attitude poor representation.
