  I get it, ordering late can be a hassle sometimes. However, my boyfriend ordered a bowl around 11:20 from here and normally they have good service with good food, but tonight was an extreme miss. The entire bowl was like a golden ticket for high blood pressure. The saltiness was actually crazy and honestly disgusting. It was late so we couldn’t go back to get a new bowl or formally complain but like come on? Seriously. Why?

  If you’re okay with getting half portions and paying full price come to this location! Come on in for a straight rip off of your hard worked money. I’ve tried this place over and over because it’s closest to my home but I’ve never not once had the luck of getting a normal portion always underserved no matter the time.

  This location consistently has inventory issues. I came in around 10 PM (store closes at midnight) and they were out of cheese—an essential ingredient—and this has happened before. Instead of making it right, they charged extra for queso as a substitute. That’s not acceptable. If you’re out of a basic item, customers shouldn’t be forced to pay more to replace it. Several people walked out because of it. Poor management and disappointing experience, especially for such a busy location.

  So I got burrito with half chicken and barbacoa. The amount of meat was the stingiest amount I have ever gotten. At that moment I said to myself I will never enter another Chipotle ever again. They have lost their way like many other corporations that chose the path of greed.
