  I went to chipotle the other day with my friend and we were ordering burritos and the craziest thing happened, I was doing a burrito order got white rice and half chicken half steak but the worker put a little extra meat on the burrito so then the next lady up says “is that double” and I say no but she then says “I’m going to have to charge you for double” so I say “how is that my mistake that she put more then usual” and she then says I’m either gonna have to charge you double or TAKE SOME OFF and I was just in shock so I said I’m not paying double so she then starts picking off the chicken/steak to make it a normal serving (keep in mind it wasn’t that much more then usual) and she then throws it out and WASTES THE FOOD instead of just giving me a little more chicken to eat that day! I was in complete shock and disgusted by how these employees function. This chipotle needs to start doing things the right way and stop treating their customers like animals. I go to this chipotle at least 2 times a week and there’s usually something with the portions but I just couldn’t hold it in anymore. Something has to be done because they are so nit picky over a couple little pieces of chicken it’s disgusting!

  Food is good but they are soooo slow. Everything is slow. You think the line out the door is because so many people want chipotle but it’s long because it barely moves. You think if you order on the app, you might get your food faster - nope! It’s even slower. And many times the app says the food is ready, but you stand around the to-go shelf for another 10 or more minutes waiting for the food. There’s always a crowd waiting for their app orders. The people who work here are very nice but they are talking and standing around instead of putting orders together. I honestly only eat here if I absolutely have to simple because of the wait time. Some training is needed!

  Mobil order chicken bowl food was less then satisfactory and it is not the first time when we place mobil order. At this point I am assuming they put all the old over salted leftovers there because people can't see what they are getting and mostly it is teenagers who eat and are scared to speak up. Well it is mostly my kids who order it but this time I shared some or my daughter's bowl and it was terrible. It doesn't even compare to the bowl I get at the store. This need to be investigated and I would like a follow up. Thank you

  I would love to share my recent experience at the chipotle on Wiles Rd and University Dr. in Coral Springs, Fl with you. I entered into the restaurant at 5:05 in the afternoon. I waited 20 minutes in line before I got to the counter. When I got to the counter, I ordered two steak bowls. Unfortunately they were out of steak and I was told that it was going to be 20 more minutes. I sat on a stool and waited the 20 minutes for the steak to be finished cooking. Once the steak was done, they started to prepare my bowls. When I asked for grilled peppers and onions, which they were out of they told me it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. Since I was already invested into these bowls I waited waiting for the veggies proceeded to continue with my order. Unfortunately, they ran out of lettuce as well. When I finally got to the register, I asked to speak to the manager. She was actually online the whole time watching the entire occurrence. In the end, I stayed in chipotle for 55 minutes waiting for my food to be prepared. Foolish me for thinking they would do anything to accommodate me for the extremely uncomfortable situation. Not even the chips and guac that I added to the order. Never again will visit this Chipotle. Crazy!
