  Sasha was an awesome server. Don’t get many who offer to box your food. She made the awesome bourbon sundae suggestion and put up with our extra tea drinking. Great butterfish suggestion which was excellent!

  I am so disappointed with this place. Unfortunately this was my favorite place and we would come at least once a week. Paying 30-40 a plate I would expect professionalism, quality service, and quality drinks. But the last few times it hasn't been it. Please don't let this place slide down hill. My husband and I love this place!

  Went to Bonefish Grill and the experience stood out from start to finish. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Every dish hit the mark. Sasha made the night better. She stayed attentive without hovering. She knew the menu, gave solid recommendations, and kept everything moving smoothly. Drinks stayed filled. Timing stayed on point. Service like that makes a difference. I will be back and I will ask for Sasha again.

  I’ve consistently had amazing experiences at this establishment and have even brought my office team and out-of-town guests here in the past. However, tonight’s experience was disappointing. The owner and waiter stated that a physical ID is required by law to consume alcohol. While I understand the importance of verifying identification, this was surprising given the technological advancements we live with today. Many individuals now securely store important documents such as driver’s licenses, passports, tickets, and insurance on their mobile devices. Additionally, with the implementation of enhanced identification standards like Real ID, which includes the star indicating authenticity, it seems reasonable that modern forms of verified digital identification could be considered. I value this establishment and hope there can be more clarity and consistency around this policy moving forward. There is no single federal law requiring a physical ID for alcohol, but state laws such as Florida Statute 562.11hold vendors liable for selling to minors, making physical ID checks essential for compliance. Essential is not a requirement it’s good faith.

  ​ ​The food at Bonefish Grill was excellent, maintaining the high quality I’ve come to expect. However, the experience was significantly hampered by the pace of service. ​We arrived around 6:00 PM, and the restaurant was relatively quiet—only about 10% to 25% full. Despite the low guest count, the service was extremely slow. It took a very long time for our food to arrive, and even more frustrating was the difficulty in getting our server's attention throughout the meal. ​It’s disappointing when the kitchen delivers great flavors but the front-of-house can't keep up, especially when the floor isn't busy. ​Pros: High-quality, delicious food. ​Cons: Inattentive service and long wait times despite low occupancy
