  Rude for No Reason! The so called ( no badge and didn’t allow me to speak with another person)manager was EXTREMELY, unprofessionally rude .. I asked if they were out of curly fries. She said you didn’t Oder curly fries. I said yes I did. She said no you didn’t and I repeated your order. To stop the argument, I simply pulled the fries out of the bag and asked that she exchange them. She told me they don’t do that. I told her to just get me what I asked for and she kept staring at me. I finally asked what the problem was and the so called manager told me that I didn’t even say please! My 8 year old grand child was sitting in the back seat asking what was going on… I have NEVER wanted someone to lose their job until this past Sunday. She simply does not deserve to be employed by anyone. I will NEVER go back or endorse ANY establishment that hires

  I cant speak for the food because I didn't have an opportunity to try. I went there to get the special buy one get one that they offer. I was taken to this store thru means of the Arby's app and is close to 13 miles from where I work. Anyways the employee said the system was new and wasn't allowing the special to go thru. He went to speak to the manager and came back saying there was nothing he could so. That is a lazy manager and one that needs to be replaced if he thinks there is nothing he can do. So much for customer satisfaction, doesnt seem to be anymore. Needless to say I will not be visiting this store ever again, and of course I'm going to put the word out to people I know.
