  They changed the coop tenders. These used to be my favorite meal here. Large, thick, and juicy tenders that had a unique breading to them. Even though it was just the tenders, it was a LOT of meat. I went in and ordered my usual and was presented with something much different from what I was used to. I included a picture but it was 3 rinky-dink tenders for $9. I got a kids meal tenders for my kids which also had 3 pieces of chicken and overall more meat than what I got. They also got a drink, side, and cookie for less money. I guess next time I come I’ll just order off of the kids menu. Still tastes great but what I go was close to half of the meat I expected

  I went in expecting a solid barbecue meal and left questioning everything I thought I knew about vegetables. The brisket was absolute perfection—tender, smoky, and the kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider your life choices. The collard greens were rich, flavorful, and clearly made by someone who respects tradition. But then… the green beans showed up and completely stole the spotlight like an uninvited guest who somehow becomes the life of the party. I’m not exaggerating when I say these were the best green beans I’ve ever had—savory, and seasoned so well they could probably run for office and win. Honestly, writing a barbecue review focused on green beans feels borderline disrespectful to the brisket, but here we are. The brisket was amazing, but those beans had me considering asking for the recipe, the chef’s name, and possibly their hand in marriage. The staff was just as impressive—friendly, welcoming, and clearly committed to making sure every plate looked like it was meant for a food magazine. They took their time carving the beef just right and piled the sides high like they were trying to win a generosity contest. It’s rare to find a place where both the meat and the vegetables are fighting for MVP, but this place pulled it off. I came for barbecue, and somehow left as a green bean enthusiast—and I’m not even mad about it.

  Welcoming and friendly staff. Good food, and in a good location. Portions are appropriate with a good selection. It's it Texas style BBQ, no, but it scratched the itch.

  This is my first time here, I opened my bbq sandwich and the meat was nothing but fat--my boyfriends was the same way "I'm not exaggerating" it was all fat. It's the worst bbq sandwich I have ever had- I couldn't eat it-- the fries were not golden brown either-- they were a dark brown and hard-- they need to change the oil they cook them in. Its truly amazing that people give this place a 4.4 rating-- I wouldn't even give them 1 star--- Absolutely horrible-- if you like lots and lots of fat in your bbq meat-- and old fries-' this is just the place for you. It was a waste of my hard earned money-- 40 dollars for 2 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks. 🤮🤢 dont waste your money here....They also have a sign in their dinning that says "Be Nice or leave"-that sounds really friendly...I will say the employees were very pleasant- but the one that put that nasty crap on our sandwiches is definitely "not right in the head" ......

  OK, I wanna start off with Camila. She was great welcoming. Efficient, friendly professional always smiled throughout the entire conversation. She recommended lots of dishes and also I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. This was my second time coming to this establishment, but not this location. The first one was in Daytona down the street from Daytona 500 actually across the street when I was in Daytona, I got wings but back to this location. I purchased the baked beans. I also purchased the ribs which doesn’t need a lick of sauce on it. You can eat them just as is they’re just that succulent. I also purchased the cheesecake. I forgot the name of it, but it was so good. My boyfriend had the turkey and the shredded chicken which she liked the barbecue sauce that comes with the meal is awesome. It has a little kick to it and a lot of sweetness, but not too sweet. Everybody in there was friendly, but who stood out the most was the person serving me, which was Camilla so thank you for your beautiful smile thank you for your awesome service. Thank you for being so patient with me when you knew. I was trying to decide what I needed and what I wanted Thank you for your professionalism. Thank you for suggesting things on the menu, everything was great they give you a lot of food. Well at least I think they do cause I’m still eating off of it and this is day four if I’m not mistaken, I love the backstory of the restaurant and how the owner started so I’ll always be a forever customer, especially to this location❤️💜🫶🏾
