  I stopped by to get a cookies and cream milkshake, which was around $11. When I paid with a $20 bill, I was given $5 in change, which didn’t seem quite right. I didn’t bring it up at the time, as it wasn’t worth making a scene over a few dollars, but it did leave me a bit concerned. The employee also seemed somewhat disengaged, and the interaction didn’t feel very attentive. Hoping this was just an off moment, but it may be worth double-checking transactions and customer service moving forward.

  Mi experiencia fue muy mala fui con mis compañeras d trabajo y dos niños a comprarles helado y te atienden d mala gana con una cara como si no quisieran q estuvieras allí súper Groseras las dos jóvenes sin nada d experiencia y trato con el público un poco de amabilidad no le cae mal a nadie y una sonrisa por lo menos no volveré a ese lugar 🫩

  Delicious ice cream with great service! We came in with our big family and were helped out wonderfully by Carolina Great location!
