  Always an outstanding experience. We have celebrated many anniversaries and special occasions at Flemmings and they never disappoint. The food is cooked to perfection and delicious. Our waiter Alex was outstanding. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Even our past waiter Miguel passed by to say hello. Great service!

  I have to mention Flemming Restaurant. The food arrives in good time, the venue is super cozy, the atmosphere is lovely, best of all, the absolute best thing about this restaurant is the service. Omar is incredibly professional and incredibly helpful. He was attentive to our table at every moment, honestly, if you come here, please ask for him, because he is the best part of the whole restaurant experience. Thank you!

  We had a very nice dinner at Flemings this past Saturday evening. We received outstanding service from Miguel, AKA Harry Potter, as well as the manager. We started out with two very tasty apple martinis and then ordered a NY Strip, the dry-aged ribeye, with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. My wife enjoyed her NY Strip, we both enjoyed the sides but I was slightly underwhelmed with my dry-aged ribeye. Don't get me wrong, it was good, I was just expecting to be blown away and I wasn't. I asked for medium and it was maybe 2-3 degrees shy of that, but not enough to send back. I know it sounds like I'm being picky but I expect perfection at this price point, a Thermapen will get you the exact temp you want. I also make a killer ribeye at home (24 hour dry brine, slowly bring up to 115 over indirect heat then sear the hell out of it over fire) so I'm pretty spoiled. For the majority of people this will probably be one of the best steaks they've every had. Overall all, a really good dinner for $299.76.

Among all the steakhouse restaurants in Coral Gables, this one stands in a league of its own — and our visit confirmed every bit of that reputation. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. The level of hospitality extended to us was genuinely remarkable, the kind that makes you feel not just like a valued guest, but like the most important people in the room. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, and nothing went unnoticed. A very special thank you to Jorge, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for his guests set the tone for the entire evening. And to our server — your attention to detail was truly exceptional. You anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and your dedication to making our experience seamless and memorable did not go unnoticed. This is the gold standard of what a steakhouse dining experience should be. We will absolutely be returning, and we will be bringing everyone we know. Thank you for an unforgettable evening

  Fleming Coral Gables is a fine dining full service restaurant. From the time you enter until you walk out the door, it’s great. (At first I was ignored by the bar staff (female) until I asked about the hostess who had stepped away, she then greeted me). It was my birthday so I excused her behavior to ensure I enjoyed the true experience of the restaurant. The server was exceptional- warranting my $50 tip. I enjoyed the $84 aged rib eye steak and baked potato. As I said it was my birthday, they set the table with birthday decorum ,took a photo of us toasting with champagne on the house and printed it out. It was a beautiful experience we ate to the full with tab of $400. It was worth every cent.
