    Pretty regular McDonald's experience. I ordered my food through the app. So I didn't have to wait or really interact with anyone. My only really complaint was that I order some strips of Bacon and they just gave me some cold bacon that was probably still sitting out from the morning.

    November 28th, 4:25am. I go to the window and the lady says they are closed when online it says the restaurant is opened 24 hours a day. She then proceeds to say she working alone, and “I’m not doing this right now”. She proceeds to disregard all of my questions for 10 minutes. I had to drive off starving AND dehydrated because of the lack of customer service, and lack of desire to work. This is lazy. If you are at work, do your job! I did not force you to work here, the least you can do, is what you said you’d do in your interview, “MAKE DELICIOUS FEEL-GOOD MOMENTS EASY FOR EVERYONE”. This was not the first time something of this magnitude has happened either. One time, the manager said that she wasn’t serving food unless it was DoorDash. No where on the website does it say after a certain time they only serve food delivery drivers. She the proceeded to confirm her lie by saying, “We have to many orders and we just are not taking yours right now. If you are not uber eats or DoorDash then we don’t have your food”. This was November 1st, at 3:05am.
